Contact and Concern Procedure


 Please follow the process below to know who to contact with questions, concerns or complaints:

All: 

1) Please wait 24 hours give or take to allow yourself time to cool down, and collect your thoughts if dealing with a heated issue or complaint. We want to hear you at your clearest. 

Parents/Players:

2) Please reach out to a team official first. This includes the team managers, assistant coaches and coaches. They are your fist line of communication.

3) Please reach out to your Member Representative if the incident pertains to a referee or coach before proceeding to next step to allow them a chance to solve the issue. 

All:

4) If the issue pertains to a soccer director or is not solved by the above steps please email a detailed recap of the incident to your soccer club, Spartan soccer- info@spartansoccer.com CGSA- complaints@cgsa.ca or FUSION FC-president@edmontonfusionfc.com 

5) If needed to escalate further, please contact an EIYSA board member at your discretion

6) As a last option, please contact Alberta Soccer Association
