ASA Sports Accident Insurance
Please note Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the injury occurring.
We strongly recommend that you fill out and submit the ASA insurance forms to the insurance company, even if they don’t feel its warranted at this time. This way the injury is on record with the insurance company should any unforeseen issue crop up at a later date.
